Hi, I'm Anne Carr, and I am the new community manager for Arbor Cove. I love this neighborhood, and I have already been welcomed by many of my neighbors here. As you can see, I have sold the house on Epperly, and I have now moved into a new sales office on lot 2. Please come on by and say "Hello"!
I'll keep everyone posted on the happenings here at Arbor Cove as I get updates. I am here Wednesday through Sunday, so send out your friends so they can become your neighbors!

Arbor Cove -- Phase 2
Construction has begun on the first home in our second phase of building! Lot # 4 officially has a foundation and by this April, a brand new Irvington backing to the green space will be complete! More home sites will be starting in the very near future, with an Alameda beginning soon on Home Site #54..
West Linn Real Estate has never been more exciting! Please call for information regarding Arbor Cove, as there is not an onsite sales office just yet. We can be reached at 503-519-3807.
Some of the neighbors have noticed some poplar tree removal of our HOA areas, this is required by the city of West Linn and once complete, should compliment the area that much more with a cleaner hillside!
Enjoy the upcoming holidays and hoping to secure an interview with Stafford Primary's Principal and do a blog entry about our school that we are so proud of!

Field's Bridge Park just steps away!
I know those of us that currently live in Arbor Cove love spending time at Field's Bridge Park or maybe just knowing you are so close to enjoy all the park has to offer! This 19 acre park features two baseball diamonds with some pretty amazing infields! Dugouts and Restrooms were most recently added to this state of the art baseball destination.
Field's Bridge Park also has a play structure area for younger kids and toddlers-Basketball court with adjustable hoop heights and many walking trails to enjoy strolls with friends or just some peace and quiet!
Tualatin River access is another great part of this park-- with a fishing pier and many looks to scenic areas we take for granted being close in proximity. The Fall season really changes what you can view from the trails and this is an exciting time to have another look! The waterfall across the pier is in full swing again and a site to see! Enjoy some pics!
Great time had by all at Arbor Cove for Halloween!
A great time was had by all with a safe trick/treating time at Arbor Cove! Once again, Arbor Cove shows community and spirit! Now, it is time to start planning the next holiday happenings!

Live the Arbor life! Thank you Dennis and Wally..!
I am proud to announce that Arbor Custom Homes has been selected as the recipient of the 2010 Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland’s “Builder Member of the Year” award. The HBA’s Nominating Committee evaluated several nominees based on criteria in four principal areas of service: Support of the industry, Leadership in the HBA, involvement in the HBA, and community involvement. The committee came to the conclusion that Arbor Custom Homes was most deserving of this year’s award.
Arbor will be recognized and presented this award at the HBA Builders Ball on Saturday evening November 20th. This kind of recognition is not possible without the leadership Wally and Dennis provide and all of the help from our team! I am proud to sell and own an Arbor Home!
Congratulations!!

Happy Halloween!
It is that time of year again and with darkness coming earlier this year--- you may have kiddos at your door as early as 5pm.. Couple of reminders--goes without saying, but make sure your front lights are "on" if they are welcome and "off" if they are not.
Make sure we are all driving a little slower as kids can dart in and about in a milisecond-- Reflective tape or light colored costumes are a precaution, as well as, each child carrying their own flashlight.
It is also a time to keep an eye out for one another, whether it is property or each others well being-- -
Have a Happy and Safe Halloween! pics to follow form neighborhood...
